Cool Fruit Popsicle

Fruit Popsicle is a great way to beat the heat.  It is something that kids love to savor.

Instead of buying popscicle from the stores, you could now make it home in a healthy way - with all the ingredients you would love your kids to have.

Ingredients :

Coconut water - (330 ml)
Kiwi- sliced 8 pieces
Blueberries - 8-10
Orange - 4 pieces
Strawberries - sliced 8 pieces

Method :
  • First clean the Popsicle.
  • Now add 2 sliced kiwi, orange, blueberries and strawberries in each Popsicle.
  • After adding the fruits it's time to fill coconut water to that. The water should be filled up to 3/4 of the popsicles. This will help to close the cap without overflowing. 
  • Keep this Popsicle in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours and enjoy this Popsicle in this hot summer.
Tips :
  • You could use VITA coconut water that comes pre-packaged containers or substitute it with any juice you might have readily available in your fridge.
  • No need to even have the popsicle moulds.  You could use any small container of your choice or even disposable cups.
  • Add all ingredients in the disposable cups and wrap it with aluminum foil in the middle insert an ice cream stick and freeze it. 
  • Add sugar, if you find the taste of coconut water is bland.
